When it comes to weddings that burst with personality and creativity, Hannah and Will’s vibrant celebration at The Cable Wharf in Halifax truly stole the show. With bold florals, modern design elements, and a joyful waterfront setting, this day was a masterclass in colour, love, and thoughtful details.

The Cable Wharf, nestled in the heart of downtown Halifax, offered the perfect backdrop for a modern coastal wedding. Overlooking the harbour, it brought the breezy maritime charm, while the floral design brought the drama. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with vivid blooms and whimsical arrangements that felt like a living art installation. There’s truly so much more to share from Hannah and Will’s day. From their Rehearsal Dinner on Tall Ship Silva, to emotional speeches, an unforgettable dance floor, and thoughtful moments woven throughout, this celebration was full of layers worth telling. Consider this just part one of their wedding story—stay tuned for more from this incredible celebration soon!

Hannah and Will began their day at The Muir, Halifax’s premier luxury hotel located on the waterfront. With its serene, artful interiors and refined Atlantic-inspired design, The Muir was the perfect setting for a slow, intentional morning. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in the soft coastal light as Hannah and her wedding party got ready with a sense of calm and excitement. Every detail—from the architecture to the warm textures and neutral palette—provided a stunning, sophisticated backdrop for those quiet, heartfelt pre-ceremony moments.

The reception space kept things clean and chic—whitewashed tables and chairs created a fresh canvas for bold, curated details. A single green anthurium in a glass vase added sculptural drama to each table, while vibrant orange taper candles brought warmth and fun. Menus tied with chartreuse ribbons and playful place cards hinted at the couple’s laid-back, welcoming vibe.

Every detail was intentional and elevated, showing how minimalist styling can still feel deeply personal and visually rich when paired with colour and form.

With the harbour as their backdrop, Hannah and Will embraced the best of what Halifax has to offer—fresh air, sweeping ocean views, and a venue that captures the spirit of the East Coast. Their wedding was the perfect blend of modern design and heartfelt celebration, and an incredible reflection of who they are as a couple.
